I&#039;m pretty much gonna have to ban myself from making pulled meats anymore, as it&#039;s become such a standard around here, especially for gatherings and parties!

As to the dried out ends: usually I cook my meats in a dutch oven with the lid on, which is pretty much the same deal as a a slow cooker. But I actually kinda like the dried out ends, and in this recipe I felt it needed that deep, red, sticky crust on the outside that&#039;s so indicative of good Chinese barbeque.</description>
