I recommended the bag to a friend who is quite tall..and she likes crossbody bags... I didn't know if the strap would be long enough. I didn't think to tell her she could ask for a longer strap! Haha, yeah, I actually got mine custom made in black, along with a longer strap. It took a bit longer to get here, but it was worth it. Those are both kinda secret things that the gal from Moop doesn't really advertise, but will totally do for you if you ask! Do it!
